NEW VIRAL STRATEGY?

There’s a new ‘strategy’ out there that a ton of people are catching on too and giving it a shot.

Of course the first people I am going to share it with is you guys. It isn’t something that will require more than an extra 5-10 minutes out of your day to try.

Now I want to mention that this isnt something I’ve tried myself but I will have my clients trying out this week. I plan to try this for myself next week for at least one of my posts, and will keep you guys updated on what I notice.

For now, I will mention what the strategy is and who were the early adopters that I noticed.

The strategy is simply making a 1080 × 1080 thumbnail or 1 × 1 thumbnail for instagram. Instead of posting your video as a reel, you will post it as a normal post. The first slide will be the thumbnail, the second one will be the video.

Here is an example of it using Gary Vee’s account:

Above is the thumbnail, and you’re able to swipe and then watch the video.

Below will be the actual video, which is also exported at a 1×1 or 1080 × 1080.

Another popular created that adopted this early on was Alex Hormozi.

Remember, we dont need to reinvent the wheel. If these big creators are utilizing this strategy, why shouldn’t we?
