The Only Posting Schedule You Need

(This has worked for me)

If you’re reading this chances are you’re not posting enough…or are you?

It’s commonly said that you should post everyday, and while that isn’t bad advice and would be ideal, it’s just not realistic.

Let’s compare creating content to going to the gym (starting from scratch).

If you NEVER go to the gym, it would be unrealistic to have a goal of going EVERYDAY. Not saying it’s impossible, but longevity wise, it’s not realistic.

I view it the same way with content creation. If you’re going to start creating content, start with only doing 2-3 posts per week. If you’re enjoying it and have the capacity to post 5+ times per week then do it.

How many people do you know that went from posting 0 times per week to then posting 7 times per week? I can’t name any. Even some of my bigger clients started with only posting 4-5 times per week before EVENTUALLY ramping up to 10-14 times per week.

Will posting more increase your chances of growing?

Yes.

BUT

I’d MUCH rather post 3-4 times per week for a full year, than post everyday for a month and then getting burnt out.

Social Media is a long game, and don’t let someone else’s growth hinder your journey.

If you need help creating a content calendar, please feel free to DM Me. If you would like me to create a free content calendar to send to all of you, please let me know!

Next week I plan to cover the specific type of content to make. If you DM me on instagram with your ‘niche’, I will create it for you for free. You can remain anonymous as well, totally up to you!

Happy Creating Everyone!
