How This Video Got 2,500,000+ Views

We had a video go viral for a client recently.

At the time of writing this, its at 2,600,000 views and counting on instagram.

When helping with scripting this video, I wanted to make sure that the hook was something EVERYONE could relate too.

This client is a lawyer, so the topic/videos are related to giving lawyer advice.

There’s a good chance that you’ve once called somebody and heard the famous words “this call is being monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes”

so…

thats what we did for the hook.

My client proceeds to say that even if you’re on hold, they can still hear what you’re saying and can use it against you.

A lot of the comments were people saying they knew that already, didnt know that, or saying thats why they always click mute.

Something else I did for the client is have them pin their own comment at the top with a CTA to get more leads for their business.

In this instance they had the CTA be the contact info for people who need legal help!

Not all hooks have to be your typical hooks of something negative or saying a number…

they can be you saying something that is commonly known among everyone.

When you can say something to relate to a big group of people, you have more of a chance of going viral.
